Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
We want you to have the best experience with the least amount of inconvenience. To achieve this we need your help in doing a little preparation for us arriving.
If you have a driveway, please ensure there is a free space for us, closest to the door if possible for our van.
If you do not have a drive way then we must be able to park our van directly outside your house. As we have quite a lot of heavy equipment this helps us do the job in the most efficient way.
(If there will be an access or parking issue please let us know as soon as possible so we can solve it).
Do I need to move furniture out of the room?
For carpet cleaning, please remove as many pieces of furniture as possible, such as small tables, lamps, toys etc from the rooms being cleaned.
We accept cash, card or bank transfer payment.
ALL payments must be made BEFORE we leave, paying us after we leave is not acceptable and you will be asked to pay via card if you choose to pay via bank transfer and can not do so by the time we leave. Under no circumstances do we accept payment after we leave.
